Work with me
My therapeutic approach
I work within an integration of traditional yoga practices, mindfulness, reflective practices and psychotherapy with the heart of empowering you to cultivate the resilience and regulation tools to navigate life and with time, release what is no longer needed to be held on to.
I am a person-centred integrative Yoga Psychotherapist (in training) and my
therapeutic style is rooted in kindness, warmth, compassion and ultimately evidence-based. I draw on and integrate humanistic and existential approaches, sensorimotor psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Somatic awareness and mindfulness. I am passionate about integrating mind, body and being so that we reach our full potential to live life joyfully and embodied.
By integrating evidence-based psychotherapy with the embodied tools of Yoga and Yoga therapy we can help to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience and personal transformation. I am not a healer nor do I see myself as someone who can heal others. I see my purpose to connect you to the internal wisdom of your body and for you to find your way home, back to the Self.
