My Approach

Many people seek support because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns they no longer understand.

 

Often, these experiences are not held only in the mind; they are also felt in the body. Our work together may involve:

  • Reflective conversation

  • Mindfulness practices

  • Breathwork

  • Gentle movement where appropriate

  • Nervous system regulation techniques

  • Self-inquiry and emotional awareness

Everything is adapted to your needs and comfort level.

You do not need any yoga experience, flexibility or special equipment to work with me.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, low self-esteem or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, sessions provide a safe space to explore what matters most to you.

My aim is to help you develop greater awareness, resilience and choice in how you respond to life's challenges while supporting your overall wellbeing.

I integrate the wisdom of yoga with therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and emotional healing. Through individual sessions, we will explore your unique journey and address challenges that you may be facing in life. I seek to create a safe and nurturing space where you can navigate your inner landscape and cultivate a sense of well-being. My approach is rooted in compassion and understanding, combining traditional yoga practices with modern therapeutic methods to empower you on your path to healing. 

I work from an integrative and embodied and somatic perspective, recognising that our thoughts, emotions, physical health, life experiences and relationships are deeply interconnected.

 

Each session is tailored to your specific needs, incorporating mindfulness, breathwork, movement, neuroscience and psychotherapeutic approaches to help you process what arises in your life.
