With numerous benefits including improving strength, balance, flexibility, improved posture, better sleep and reduced stress. Yoga can promote better sleep and greater body awareness fostering a deeper understanding of the self. 

Yoga sessions can. help to lengthen and stretch muscles which can lead to increasing range of motion. and reducing inflammation or stiffness within the body. Yoga brings awareness to alignment within the body which can increase balance and coordination and can help with reducing risk of falls and increasing stability within the body. 

A regular yoga practice can help with reducing stress, building resilience within oneself and encouraging self reflection which can all lead to greater wellbeing and self-discovery. Breathing practices can also help with enhancing lung capacity, improving respiratory function which can also reduce stress and help regulate the nervous system. 

1:1 Yoga sessions can be great entry point towards self-discovery and can ultimately lead towards Yoga Therapy or Integrative Yoga Therapy if and individual so wishes.
