Yoga Therapy: Draws on an array of tools, from reflective practices and behavioural changes to movement, somatic practices, breathing techniques, mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation methods offering insights from yogic philosophy, fostering self-reflection and inquiry. Yoga Therapy supports clients in cultivating a sense of purpose and meaning addressing complex health challenges whilst recognising yoga’s capacity to enhance cognition, emotional regulation, flexibility, balance, and self-discipline, while reducing inflammation and fostering overall well-being. 

Through the kosha model, yoga therapy meets you where you are, whilst supporting you as you reflect on how each layer (physical, energetic, mind, wisdom and connection) represents your way of being and how we can collaborate on any amendments or adjustments that can help increase your capacity to live life wholeheartedly and as you desire.
